PREP VOLLEYBALL: Addison's Smothers, Cullman's Thomas named to North-South All-Star roster

Addison's Addisyn Smothers and Cullman's Kaina Thomas made the cut when the Alabama High School Athletic Directors and Coaches Association (AHSADCA) announced on Thursday this year's North-South All-Star volleyball rosters.

Smothers and Thomas were two of 15 juniors selected to the North squad.

The annual All-Star Sports Week takes place July 19-23. Rosters for other sports will be announced in the coming weeks.
