Fairview's Parker Martin spearheaded an offensive explosion last Friday night.
The sophomore quarterback completed 10 of 15 passes for 111 yards and two touchdowns and totaled 98 yards and another score on 11 carries in a 47-7 home victory versus North Jackson.
His touchdown passes covered 5 and 35 yards, respectively, while his scoring dash came from 8 yards away in the Aggies' first win against the Chiefs in 14 tries.
Martin also recorded eight tackles on defense to help Fairview improve to 4-2 on the season.
There's no doubt he's earned it — Martin is The Times' Athlete of the Week.
Tyvn Ellis racked up 18 carries for 151 yards and two touchdowns, while Tyler Simmons had 11 carries for 60 yards and a touchdown.
JT White secured five receptions for 80 yards and a touchdown. Mason Black ran for a touchdown and caught a touchdown as well.
