Failures to appear- DUI, open container in vehicle, public intoxication, expired tag, improper tag, insurance violation: Billy R. Edgil, 57, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Receiving stolen property, first degree; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree: Rachel M. Dasilva, 31, of Cullman arrested on Olive Street SW.

Receiving stolen property, first degree; criminal trespass, third degree: Monika L. Eddy, 30, of Cullman arrested on Olive Street SW.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Tara M. Shine, 27, of Brookwood arrested on Katherine Street SW.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia: Randy E. Hines, 59, of Cullman arrested on Katherine Street SW.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Lucas A. Boyd, 32, of Cullman arrested on Katherine Street SW.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Orion A. Townsend, 23, of Cullman arrested on Rosemont Avenue NW.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Christopher S. Hill, 43, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 157.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Donna M. Stewart, 48, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 157.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: William S. Boatright, 29, of Cullman arrested on Cherokee Avenue SW.

Public intoxication: James J. Ramey, 29, of Lincoln arrested on Highway 31 S.

Unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; failures to appear- no headlights; insurance violation: Anthony H. Coots, Jr., 25, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

DUI: Michael C. Toomey, 23, of Cullman arrested on 9th Street SE.
