Possession of drug paraphernalia: Anthony M. Sturgeon, 24, of Hanceville arrested on County Road 715/ 3rd Avenue.

Attempting to elude; failure to appear- criminal trespass, first degree: David E. Sanders, 31, of Cullman arrested on Hickory Avenue SW.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Ruby J. Ochoa, 44, of Falkville arrested on Highway 157.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to appear- criminal trespass, third degree: Benjamin L. Aaron, 40, of Holly Pond arrested on Katherine Street NW.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance, illegal possession of prescription drugs, resisting arrest: Michael S. Gomer, 33, of Vinemont arrested on 4th Street SW.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance: Ciara D. Gilland, 27, of Eva arrested on 4th Street SW.
