Possession of drug paraphernalia: William L. Roach, 42, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 278 E.

Grand jury- theft of property, fourth degree; possession of a forged instrument, third degree: Tandelyn A. Sanford, 52, of Jasper arrested in Jefferson County.

Public intoxication: Colton C. Gilley, 22, of Hanceville arrested on 2nd Avenue NW.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Jonathan S. Burns, 38, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 S.

DUI: Daniel M. Oliver, 32, of Cullman arrested on 6th Street SW.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Walmart, Highway 157, miscellaneous merchandise- $240.

Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle: Cullman Shopping Center, damage to 2004 Toyota Highlander- $200.

Theft of property, fourth degree; criminal trespass, third degree: Walmart, Highway 157, miscellaneous merchandise- unknown value.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Walmart, Highway 157, AC- $178.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Walmart, Highway 157, grill- $188.
