Failures to appear- DUI; switched tag; improper lane usage (two counts); failure to signal; receiving stolen property, fourth degree; possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to register vehicle: David J. Moore, 38, of Cullman arrested on I-65 exit 287.
Criminal trespass, third degree: Kevin D. Graves, 33, of Cullman arrested on 4th Street SW.
Failures to appear- theft of property, fourth degree; driving while suspended; insurance violation: Michael H. Smith, 46, of Knoxville, Tennessee arrested on I-65 exit 322.
Failures to appear- domestic violence, third degree; driving while suspended; no tag light: George R. Burbage, 45, of Cullman arrested on Walker Street.
Theft of property, fourth degree: Steven B. McAvoy, 34, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157.
Failures to appear- no tag, driving without a license (three counts), expired tag: Wade T. Graff, 26, of Falkville arrested on County Road 1476.
Attempting to commit a controlled substance crime; unlawful distribution of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; theft of property, third degree: Marty D. Williams, 23, of Oneonta arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Grand jury- burglary, third degree; theft of property, first degree (two counts): Harold B. Crawford, 20, of Decatur arrested on Highway 31 N.
