Eva Frontier Days will be from Sept. 17-24, in Eva. Beginning with a beauty pageant at 01 a.m. Sept. 17; followed by a picking/grinning session at 3 p.m.; with the Bluegrass festival at 6 p.m. featuring Stan Nelson and Hurricane Creek Band. Sept. 20 will feature a hay ride at 6:30 p.m.; Sept. 22 will be a community singing at 7 p.m. at West Side Baptist Church; Sept. 23 is a street dance at 6 p.m. in the downtown area. Events on Sept. 24 to include antique tractor show, car show, parade, arts/crafts show, best dressed contest, frog jumping contest, pig chase, baking contest, horseshoe contest, live entertainment and games for all ages, rides, train, and more.
