The 91 Homemakers Club met Feb. 8. Mabra Hulsey was the hostess. The president called the meeting to order and regular business was conducted. The flag was presented by the vice president and the hostess read the devoted from a book of daily devotions.

Guest speaker, Sabrina Ryan, presented a program on an organization, “Footprints In The Sand.” They provide classes for those dealing with various health problems such as dementia and cancer. Meetings are held at Hanceville Methodist Church.

New handbooks are currently being printed and will be distributed at the next meeting.

Members enjoyed a nice meal of pot roast, cornbread and red velvet cake.

Others present were Judy Abbott, Ellie Brasfield, Marilyn Cruce, Sue Evans, Faith Hammock, Juanita Latta, Wanda Mahaffey, Dot Mays, Lennie McCain, Wanda Sanders, Terri Sapp, Rose Spears and Casey Thomas.

Visitors were Mattie Keith and Brooklyn Garmon.
