Emily Matthews of Baileyton, Ala., and Todd Reynolds of Hackleburg, Ala., were united in marriage June 1, 2013, at The Vineyard/Blackberry Chapel in Arab, the Revs. Keith Monk and J.W. Clark officiating, with the reception following.
The bride is the daughter of Regina Matthews of Baileyton and the late Richard Douglas Matthews. She is the granddaughter of the late Miles and Anne Humphries of Baileyton and the Guy and Elaine Matthews of Decatur.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Reynolds of Hackleburg.
The bride was escorted by her mother. Morgan Warden of Huntsville, the bride’s best friend, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were her cousins, Megan Harper and Sarah Harper, both of Baileyton. Cousin Ella Barksdale of Holly Pond was flower girl.
The groom’s best friend, Casey Raper of Hackleburg, was best man. Groomsmen were Shane Reynolds of Hackleburg, brother of the groom; Reggie Anglin of Huntsville, friend of the groom; and Hunter Reynolds of Hackleburg, nephew of the groom.
Hunter Reynolds also served as ringbearer.
Following a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple resides in Arab.
Wedding director was Kay Stewart. Caterers and floral arrangements were provided by The Vineyard/Blackberry Chapel. Katie Barksdale was in charge of the bride’s register. Karen Harper videotaped the ceremony.
A bridal tea was hosted by family and friends at the home of Karen Harper.
The bride’s co-workers gave the bride a shower at Redstone Federal Credit Union in Huntsville.
