Bailey Quick did a bit of everything in Good Hope's 43-24 victory over Cordova last Friday night.
The senior quarterback threw for 129 yards and two touchdowns, ran for 102 yards and two scores on 16 carries and even averaged 40.5 yards on two punt opportunities as the Raiders improved to 3-0 for the first time since the 2013 campaign.
Oh, and he didn't play the final 15 minutes of the matchup.
Quick's touchdown strikes were to Preston Bagwell (26 yards) and Matt Dixon (27 yards). His scoring scampers came from 6 and 30 yards out, respectively.
With a performance like that, it's hardly a surprise that Quick is The Times' Athlete of the Week.
Dixon, meanwhile, supplemented a solid offensive outing with 88 yards and a touchdown — 29 yards out — on 13 carries. He also tallied 38 receiving yards.
Athlete of the Week, which is sponsored by Mitch Smith Chevrolet, is open to all local athletes.
