Sacred Heart Altar Society new officers

CULLMAN — Recently elected officers of the Altar Society of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Cullman, prepare to lead their organization as the members start in their 100th year of service and ministry.  Two major events loom on the horizon for the group: Annual Oktoberfest German Dinner Oct. 10 and the annual spaghetti supper with the Knights of Columbus Turkey Bazaar in November. The members will staff a booth during the Aug. 19 Ministry Fair to showcase the opportunities available to women in the parish for service and fellowship.
