CULLMAN — The Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus took part in a memorial service for Annie Friedrich at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Cullman recently. Mrs. Friedrich was the mother of Grand Knight and Faithful Navigator Kenneth Friedrich. Members of the honor guard are from various parishes in the Birmingham area and gathered at Sacred Heart to honor Mrs. Friedrich, 98, a lifelong member of the Cullman church. She had 12 children and was an active member in the parish all during her life.
