Criminal trespassing — Vincent Jerome Bell Jr., 18, of Cullman arrested on 13th Way SW.
Failure to appear-insurance violation — Britanny Leigh Powell, 22, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 157.
Incidents
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Lakeview Ave. NW, DeLorme GPS, Costa sunglasses-$250.
Criminal trespassing — Cullman Housing Authority, 12th Way SW, arrest made.
Criminal mischief — Market Platz Shopping Center, 2007 Cadillac Escalade.

Arrests
Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — William Moore arrested at the Hanceville Police Department.
Omission/misrepresenting a sale (5 counts), fraud in sale — Jerry Carter.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Jimmie Jones arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Criminal mischief-private — Joseph Stanley arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts) — Kristen Smothers arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Unlawful possession of marijuana — Justin Taylor arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.
Burglary (forced entry into residence) — Joseph Stanley arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Obtaining drugs with an altered/forged prescription — Selena Cofer arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Justin Taylor arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Bail jumping — Jimmie Jones arrested at the Cullman County Jail.
Hold for other agency — Jason McCurry arrested on County Road 437.
Harassment-simple assault — Curtis Douglas arrested on Meadow Lane.
Obstructing court order — Bryan Staton arrested on County Road 1082.
