Arrests

• Theft of property — Paige M. Moore, 20, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.

• Failure to appear-theft of property — Erica S. Russell, 32, of Hanceville arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

Incidents

• Theft of property — Cullman City Schools, Highway 278 W at Rosemont Ave. SW, lock/chain-$30.

• Harassment — Logan St. SW.

• Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, miscellaneous merchandise-$31, arrest made.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Town Square Shopping Center, cash, purse/contents-$200.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Jeffery George Bates, 45, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Robert Earl Bircheat, 31, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Domestic violence — Alex Mathew Gilbreath, 24, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Joshua Earl Hanners, 25, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Samantha Thacker Harris, 30, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Adam Bryan Haynes, 31, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Domestic violence — Russell Glenn Johnson, 48, arrested on County Road 107.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Christopher Joe Martin, 37, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Misti Sharee McClintock, 38, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Harassment — Tabitha K. Moore, 24, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — William Andrew Moore, 37, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Tiffany Lashay Payne, 25, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Erica Sheree Russell, 32, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Justin Wayne Ryan, 22, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Failure to appear-driving while license revoked — Ricky Dale Skinner, 32, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Attempted first degree rape (2 counts) — Steven Dale Stiles, 46, arrested on County Road 1731 and at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Domestic violence — Joseph Scott Villa, 42, arrested on County Road 420.
