Arrests
Failure to appear-attempt to elude law enforcement officer — Bjorn Talmadge Monk, 21, arrested on Highway 31 N.
Incidents
Attempted burglary — AJ and Associates, 4th St. SE, damaged door-$20.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Christopher St. SW, Lenovo Think Pad, computer equipment-$799.
Attempted robbery — Traditions Bank, 2nd Ave. NW.

Arrests
Attempt to elude law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, failure to appear/pay/comply — James Davis arrested on County Road 25.
Bail jumping (3 counts) — Anna Holcomb arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
DUI-alcohol — Eddie Parson arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Receiving/buying stolen property (2 counts) — Justin Wise arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.
Drugs — Freddie Taylor arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.
Theft (2 counts) — Patrick Creel.
Probation violation — Madison Holder arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.
Probation violation — Miranda Evans.
Weapon-unlawful to carry, traffic offense — Casey Goodwin arrested in Cullman County.
