CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Tuesday:

Arrests

Fraudulent use of credit/debit card — Micah Kane Johnson, 28, of Vinemont arrested on 4th St. SW.

Forfeiture-expired tag — Terry Lynn Pigg, 51, of Crane Hill arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Forfeitures-public intoxication, attempt to elude — Thomas Terry Vert, 23, of Cullman arrested on Brunner St. at Main Ave. NW.

Forfeitures-driving while license revoked, insurance violation — Zachary Thomas Patterson, 20, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Failure to remit payment for gas, fraudulent use of credit/debit card — Rainbow Food Mart, 4th St. SW, gasoline-$50, arrest made.

Lost property — Unknown location, wallet/contents-$50.

Theft of property and gasoline — Southmart Chevron, Highway 157, gasoline-$76.

Criminal trespassing — Arnold St. NE.

Harassment — Donauer Dr. SW.

Assault — Olive St. SW.

Check fraud scam — McNabb Road SW.

Harassing communications — Katherine St. NW.

Lost property — Parking lot at Walmart, drivers licence, bank card.

Failure to appear-youthful offender — Anthony Michael Adkins, 19, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Probation revocation-unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — David Olin Brown, 25, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Domestic violence — Joseph Lee Cox, 36, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-domestic violence, harassment — Curtis Wayne Dillon, 39, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-forgery — Jason Patrick Duke, 26, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-theft of property — James William Fowler, 35, arrested in Cullman.

Domestic violence — Michael James Grimm, 40, arrested in Cullman.

Domestic violence-menacing, domestic violence-strangulation, attempt to elude — Alton Shane Hale, 28, arrested in Cullman.

Failures to appear-expired tag, operating a vehicle without insurance, speeding — Julie Christie Jennings, 38, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Public intoxication — Eddie Paul Johnson, 47, arrested in Cullman.

Defrauding a secured creditor — Jeremy Kilgore, 29, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing justice by providing false information — Carla Dawn Lecroy, 39, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Burglary, theft of property (2 counts) — Jeffrey Allen Lee, 31, arrested in Hanceville.

Theft of property — Benjamin Jabron Little, 32, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Public intoxication — José Martinez, 42, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-youthful offender — Amanda Nicole McWhorter, 22, arrested in Logan.

Harassment — Amy Lynn O’Neil, 32, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Probation revocation-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Ryan Dale Panter, 26, arrested in Baileyton.

Failure to appear-criminal mischief — Robin Lynn Passmore, 49, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Disorderly conduct — Bruce Randall Spain, 30, arrested in Hanceville.

Failures to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — L.C. Steven, 30, arrested in Cullman.

DUI, unlawful possession of marijuana — Eric Anthony Terrell, 29, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-assault — James William Chris Tompkins, 54, arrested in Cullman.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle (4 counts) — Presston Shae West, 25, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Domestic violence-harassment — County Road 735.

Domestic violence — County Road 1225.

Theft of property — County Road 223.

Burglary — County Road 1486.

Theft of property — County Road 226.

Damaged property — County Road 437.

Burglary — Highway 231.

Theft of property — County Road 1371.

Domestic violence-harassment — County Road 601.

Domestic violence-reckless endangerment — County Road 1371.

Abandoned vehicle — County Road 747 at County Road 1545.
