Arrests

Theft from a public building — Stacey Fuller, 46 arrested at the Cullman County sheriff’s office.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument-insufficient funds (5 counts) — Matthew Thompson, 44, arrested at the Cullman County sheriff’s office.

Seat belt violation, insurance violation, unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Donald Sizemore, 29, arrested at the Cullman County detention center.

Theft of property (1st degree), theft of lost property (3rd degree) — Kerry Pace, 44, arrested at the Cullman County sheriff’s office.

Theft of property (1st degree), theft of lost property (3rd degree) — Kevin Pace, 40, arrested at the Cullman County sheriff’s office.

Failure to appear — Mickey Willingham, 49, arrested at the Cullman County sheriff’s office.

Domestic violence (3rd degree); unlawful imprisonment (2nd degree) — Jackson Alexander, 63, arrested at the Cullman County detention center.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Tiffany Phillips, 28, arrested at U.S. Highway 278.

Domestic violence (3rd degree) — Christopher Grayson, 26, arrested at Ala. Highway 157.

Incidents

Domestic violence — Ala. Highway 157.

Burglary — County Road 407.

Burglary — County Road 501.

Theft of property — County Road 1082.
