• Unlawful possession/receiving a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Joseph D. Cashio, 24, of Jacksonville arrested on Highway 278 W.

• Public intoxication — William S. Driskell, 32, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 157 N.

• Failure to appear-unlawful possession of marijuana — Jeffery G. Bates, 45, of Hanceville arrested in Warrior.

• Possession of a forged instrument — James F. Davenport, 56, of Birmingham arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Failures to appear-disorderly conduct, public intoxication (2 counts), illegal possession of prescription drugs, theft of property — Corrie M. Littlejohn, 35, of Center Point arrested in Warrior.

• Public intoxication — Stacy G. Champion, 41, of Cullman arrested on the Field of Miracles Drive.

• Minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage — Rickey J. Price, 20, of Hanceville arrested on Olive St. SW.

• Minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage — Zachary R. Ausban, 20, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.

• Failure to appear-expired tag — Jason P. Phillips, 30, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 N.

• Unlawful possession/receiving a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — State of Alabama, 4th St. SW, prescription medications-$25, arrest made.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, criminal mischief, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — Cobblestone Masonry, Swafford Road SW, 2000 Dodge Ram 3500, 1995 Ford F800, red trailer-$5,250.

• Theft of property — Skyview Dr. SE, wooden rocking chair-$300.

• Theft of property — Highway 278 at I-65, Silver 2000 Mercury Cougar-$2,500.

• Possession of a forged instrument — Merchants Bank, 2nd Ave. SW, check, arrest made.

• Possession of a forged instrument, theft by deception — Peoples Bank, 2nd Ave. SW, check.
