Arrests

Aggravated stalking — Rodney Quincy Asberry Deramus, 44, of Birmingham arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Domestic violence — Yolanda Henry Collins, 56, of Cullman arrested on Ave. C SE.

DUI — Linda Kay Ward, 36, of Cullman arrested on 1st St. W at 1st Ave. NW.

DUI — Kymberli Ann Grant, 54, of New London, Conn., arrested on 2nd Ave. NW.

Failure to appear-DUI — Shawn Michael Albright, 21, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Stephen Avery Morrow, 19, of Cullman arrested on 13th St. SE at 6th Ave.

Incidents

Domestic violence — Ave. C SE, arrest made.

DUI — City of Cullman arrested on 1st St. W at 1st Ave. NW, arrest made.

Criminal possession of a forged instrument — Cullman Kids Mart, Highway 157, U.S. currency-$10 bill.

DUI-controlled substance — City of Cullman, 2nd Ave. NW near Highway 157, arrest made.

Burglary, theft of property — Cleveland Ave. SW, Vizio E320-A0 TV-$350.

Theft of property — Brenda St. NW, golden retriever-$25.

Criminal mischief — Pro Golf, Logan St. NW, glass door damaged-$700.

Criminal mischief — Mary Carter Paint Store, 4th St. SE, door damaged-$75.

Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, Vizio M-series TV-$798.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, 13th St. SE at 4th St. SE, syringe, spoon-$3, arrest made.

Harassment-simple assault — George Harrison, 46, arrested on County Road 1435.

Allowing dogs to run at large — Mary Noe, 61, arrested on County Raod 452.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Jonethan Singleton, 19, arrested at Fairview High School.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, committing a controlled substance crime — Joshua Smith, 32, arrested on County Road 1212.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Moriah Litteral, 27, arrested on Edwards St. NE.

Unlawful selling a controlled substance-meth, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance — Kyle Smith, 22, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — James Price, 49, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property-shoplifting — Christopher Welch, 26, arrested at 278 Rock.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument, failure to appear/pay/comply — Kimberly Butler, 44, arrested on County Road 1223.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance-meth — Daiquiri Powell, 23, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Domestic incident — Maurilio Moreno, 46, arrested on Chad Drive.

Committing a controlled substance crime, traffic offense (2 counts) — Chad Bartlett, 37, arrested on Highway 278 at County Road 1026.

Failure to appear/pay/comply (4 counts) — Larry Willingham, 38, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Ryan Braswell, 30, arrested on County Road 1103.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Elizabeth Quinn, 77, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center≥
