Arrests

• Probation violation-theft of property — Amber Baker, 29, arrested at Birmingham Police Department.

• Criminal mischief — Benjamin Weaver, 18, arrested on County Road 1527.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Kenneth Guthrie, 42.

• Criminal mischief — Jason Osteen, 18, arrested on County Road 1527.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Justin Cruce, 27, arrested on County Road 509, Hanceville.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply — Cassandra Phillips, 30, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply — Bradley Combs, 29.

• Public intoxication — Danielle Lyle, 47, arrested on Highway 31 at County Road 1398.

• Public intoxication, attempt to elude a police officer — Nickolass Whatley, 20, arrested on County Road 703.

• Domestic violence-simple assault — Daniel Butler, 31, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Promoting prison contraband — Lyndsey Hollenack, 19, arrested on Beech Ave. SW.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance-contempt sanction — Curtis Johnson, 31, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance-contempt sanction — Joshua Hanners, 24, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance-contempt sanction — Jimmy Phillips, 51, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Failure to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Sherry Henry, 45, arrested on Beech Ave. SW.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (11 counts) — Timothy Mitchell, 36.

• Theft of property — County Road 1269.

• Burglary — County Road 754.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — County Road 754.

• Criminal mischief — County Road 184.

• Burglary — County Road 364.

• Theft of property — County Road 946.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — County Road 493.

• Theft of property — County Road 160.

• Burglary — County Road 222.

• Domestic violence — Highway 91.

• Burglary — County Road 1077.

• Harassment — Highway 31.

• Theft of property — County Road 1109.
