Arrests, incidents reports for Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012

CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Tuesday:

Arrests

Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime — Jeremy Brian Grey, 42, of Vinemont arrested on Main Ave. SW.

Domestic violence — Ramon Julante Johnson, 29, of Cullman arrested on Ash Ave.

Domestic violence — Sharlene Lateisha Bright, 25, of Cullman arrested on Ash Ave.

Theft of property, criminal trespassing — Kevin Michael Owens, 38, of Cullman arrested at Walmart.

Incidents

Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime — Heritage Pharmacy, Main Ave. SW, arrest made.

Domestic incident — City of Cullman, Ash Ave., arrest made.

Protection order violation — Highway 157.

Theft of property — Brunner St. NW, various jewelry items-$1,360.

Identity theft — Facility Roofing and Maintenance, Tidwell St.-$2,620.

Found property — City of Cullman, Highway 157, various identification cards.

Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, diapers-$38, arrest made.

Burglary — 3rd Ave. SE, jewelry, computer, medication-$2,306.



Incidents from the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office were not readily available and will be included with future reports.
