Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Hannah Leeann Cosby, 22, of Birmingham arrested on Olive St. SW.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Michael Seth English, 21, of Alabaster arrested on Olive St. SW.

Criminal trespassing — Joshua Drake Smith, 22, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Alan Dale Skelton, 53, of Logan arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-domestic violence — Dusty Glenn Maddox, 27, of Falkville arrested on Highway 31 at the county line.

Failure to appear-theft of property — Terri Corrina Barnett, 19, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 at the county line.

Giving false information to law enforcement — Bruce Lee Smith, 28, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157 at Commerce Ave.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Theresa Faye Hood, 51, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157 at Commerce Ave.

Incidents

Theft of property — Willoughby Roofing, 1st Ave. NE, 2 welding machines, insulation, wheelbarrow, ladder, heat guns, Garlock Cart, tools, safety stands-$24,279.

Criminal trespassing — Walmart, Olive St. SW.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, Olive St. SW-$7, arrest made.

Forgery, unlawful possession/receiving of a controlled substance — Cherokee Ave. SW, prescription medication-$30.

Giving false information to law enforcement, unlawful possession of a controlled substance (prescription medication), unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — State of Alabama, Highway 157 at Commerce Ave.-$150, arrest made.

Harassment — Donauer Dr. SW.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Johnie Kuykendall, 38, arrested on County Road 1651.

Burglary-grand jury arrest warrant (3 counts), Theft-grand jury arrest warrant (4 counts) — Presston West, 26, arrested.

Contributing to the deliquency of a minor — Kathy Curtis, 53, arrested on County Road 702.
