CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Tuesday:

Arrests

Failure to appear-domestic violence — Christopher Ballenger, 31, of Holly Pond arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-public intoxication — Alexander Douglas Quick, 18, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-insurance violation — David Tinsley Underwood III, 61, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property — Amber Leigh Self, 28, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-driving while license revoked (2 counts), insurance violation — Jonathan Steven Burns, 32, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-driving without a license — Lindsey Leshea Schmidt, 25, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property, improper equipment — Marissa Ann Thomas, 22, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Forfeitures-unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Joseph Dewayne Boatner, 26, of Blountsville arrested at on Highway 278 E at the county line.

Incidents

Assault — 6th Ave. SW.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Oak Manor Dr. SW, Nissan 240SX, various other items-$280.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Greenwood Dr. NE, U.S. currency, bank bag-$80.

Unlawful possession of marijuana — City of Cullman, Highway 31 S-$5, arrest made.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Michael Coker, 38, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Robert Addison, 21, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Ronald Linke, 32, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply, permitting dogs to run at large — Jeremy Haynes, 25, arrested on County Road 617.

Incidents

Domestic violence — County Road 709.

Criminal mischief — County Road 1107.

Burglary — County Road 1742.

Structure fire — County Road 1656.
