Arrests

• Failures to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to obey traffic control device, driving while license suspended — Michael Jay Sweaza, 34, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Forfeiture-criminal trespassing — Joseph Daniel Willingham, 22, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear-harassing communications — Jonathan Wayne Smith, 36, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Contempt of court-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Christopher Davenport, 27, of Cullman arrested at the municipal court.

• Terrorist threats, rendering false alarm — Jeremy Lewayne Lang, 32, of Joppa arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Forfeiture-DUI — Joshua Eugene McGuire, 25, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Indecent exposure — Hickory Ave. NW.

• Forgery — Keystone Automotive, County Road 490, counterfeit $100 bill.

• Abandoned vehicle — City of Cullman, 2nd Ave. SW at 3rd St., white 1999 Chevrolet.

• Theft of property — Morning Dr. NE, debit card, U.S. currency-$100.

• Theft of property — Belk, North Shopping Center, merchandise-$844.

• Assault — North Shopping Center.

• Harassment — Hart Dr. SE.

• Found property — Highway 31 at Town Square Shopping Center, man’s wallet.

• Harassing communications — Highway 157.

• Harassment — 2nd Ave. NW.

• Lost property — City of Cullman, Direct Express debit card.

• Burglary — Nicholson File, 2nd Ave. SW, copper wire-$1,000.

• Burglary — St. Joseph St. NW, Xbox 360, Xbox game, Toshiba laptop-$320.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, giving false information to law enforcement officer — State of Alabama, Highway 278 W at McNabb Road-$180, arrest made.

• Harassment, menacing — 3rd St. SW at 3rd Ave. SW.

• Theft of property — 2nd St. SE, Samsung Galaxy 3 cell phone-$400.

• Parole violation, revocation — William Robertson, 25, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

• Unlawful possession of marijuana — James Thursby, 26, arrested on County Road 587.
