CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Wednesday and Thursday:

Arrests

• DUI — Ryan Alexander Laganke, 21, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 31 at Olive St. SW.

• DUI — Tosha Kanise Williams, 23, of Cullman arrested on Main St. NW at Highway 31.

• Promoting prison contraband, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, giving false info to law enforcement — James Everett Cox Jr., 28, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 S at Town Square Shopping Center.

• Failures to appear-failure to signal, driving without a license (4 counts), expired tag, insurance violation (2 counts) — Christopher Thomas Church, 21, of Hanceville arrested on County Road 433.

• Public intoxication — Jerry Lynn Petty, 69, of Gillmore arrested on Highway 157.

• DUI — Tara Dawn Daniel, 40, of Arab arrested on Highway 31 at Diamond Plaza.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Justin Wayne Ryan, 21, of Joppa arrested on 1st SW at 4th Ave.

Incidents

• Forgery, theft of property — Town Square Shopping Center, check-$192.

• Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — 2nd Ave. NW at Dairy Queen, maroon 2001 GMC.

• Leaving the scene of an accident — 2nd Ave. NW at Highway 157, green 2013 Chevrolet-$800.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — State of Alabama, 4th St. SW at 1st Ave. SW, synthetic marijuana-$40, arrest made.

• DUI — City of Cullman, Highway 31 S at Olive St. SW, arrest made.

• DUI — City of Cullman, Highway 31 N at Main Ave., arrest made.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, promoting prison contraband, giving false information to law enforcement — State of Alabama, 2nd Ave. SW at Town Square Shopping Center, arrest made.

• Harassing communications — Mitchell Road NE.

• Harassing communications — Clover Road SE.

• Theft of lost property — Olive St. SW, U.S. currency, debit card-$40.

• Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — Highway 157 at Cullman Regional Medical Center, black Honda Accord-$1,500.

• Lost property — St. Bernard Ave. SE, prescription medication-$275.

• Public intoxication — City of Cullman, Highway 157 at I-65, arrest made.

• Theft of property — Wisteria St. SE, appliance, Hewlett Packard equipment, cabinet, furniture-$4,120.

• DUI — City of Cullman, 2nd Ave. NW at Diamond Plaza, arrest made.

• Domestic violence — Warnke Road NW.

Arrests

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, giving false information to law enforcement, promoting prison contraband, committing a controlled substance crime — James Cox, 28, arrested on Highway 31 at the Town Square Shopping Center.

• Traffic offense, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Stephen Bray, 20, arrested at the Spring Hill Grocery.

• Rape (strong arm) — Richard Jacobs, 33, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply — Ashtin Henley 21, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply — Richard Nelson, 24, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

• Unlawful possession of prescription drugs — Samantha Millican, 22, arrested on Chad Drive.

• Unlawful possession of prescription drugs — Joshua Wingo, 21, arrested on Chad Drive.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply — David Hurst, 53, arrested on County Road 566.

• Domestic incident — Kenya Susskin, 24, arrested on Henke Drive.

• Burglary — County Road 431.

• Dog bite — County Road 702.

• Theft of property — County Road 1647.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Chad Drive.

• Theft of property — County Road 827.

• Domestic violence — County Road 1273.

• Theft of property — County Road 1488.

• Burglary — Highway 278 E.

• Theft of property — County Road 437.

• Theft of property — Highway 157.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Highway 278 at County Road 813.
