Arrests

Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Jessica Lyn Hutchison, 31, of Vinemont arrested on County Road 1435.

DUI — Justin Everett Roseberry, 36, of Cullman arrested on East Hanceville Road at 14th St.

Failure to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Dennis John Johnson, 37, of Baileyton arrested on Highway 31 N.

Domestic violence — Patrick Wayne Lynn, 23, of Florence arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Criminal mischief — Pinehill Dr. NW, glass door broken-$500.

Burglary — Childhaven Road NE, storage unit contents-$6,725.

Dog bite incident — Cleveland Ave. NW.

Burglary — 1st St. SW., Sony Playstation PS3, PS3 game-$700.

Theft of property, theft by deception — Highway 157, 1997 Pontiac Bonneville-$1,200.

DUI — City of Cullman, Old Hanceville Road at 14th St., arrest made.

Burglary, criminal mischief — Marx Optical, Cherokee Ave. SW, Costa case w/42 pairs of sunglasses stolen, window damaged-$6,300.

Fraudulent use of credit/debit card — VY Nails, Town Square Shopping Center, PayPal purchases-$229.

Theft of property — Tractor Supply, 2nd Ave. SW, Ariat Heritage boots-$150.

Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — St. Joseph St. NW, green Ford Taurus-$4,400.

Theft of services — Grumpy’s Italian Grill, 5th St. SW, assorted beverages-$139.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Brian Nelson, 40, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Probation denied — Brandon Cone, 39, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

Truancy (2 counts) — Tammy Alexander, 35, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Probation denied — Samuel Black, 27, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Probation denied — Eddie Pack, 61, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Probation denied —  Eddie Pack, 61, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Non support-child — Allen Stack, 39, arrested on Highway 31.

Probation denied — James Hill, 53, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Andrew Spivey, 36, arrested on County Road 1030.

Illegal possession of a drug-heroin, traffic offense (3 counts) — Cassatina Hyde, 28, arrested on I-65 at mile marker 299.

Grand jury-manslaughter (negligent), traffic offense — James Perrin, 25.

Harassing communications (2 counts) — Jason Chandler, 39, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Seduction of an adult — Terry Grimmett, 49, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts) — David Pigg, 24, arrested on Highway 278.

Domestic incident — Jeffery Williams, 42, arrested on County Road 728.

Probable cause, public intoxication, disorderly conduct (disturbing the peace) — Olen Williams, 30, arrested at Town Square Shopping Center.

Public intoxication, disorderly conduct (disturbing the peace), domestic violence-suffocation — Anthony Olen, 30, arrested at Big Lots at Town Square Shopping Center.

Harassment-simple assault — James Pierson, 26, arrested on County Road 1354.

Incidents

Theft of property — County Road 1488.

Harassment — County Road 1269.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — County Road 627.

Domestic violence — County Road 1354.

Harassment — Doc Clemmons Road.

Domestic violence — County Road 739.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Olive St.
