DUI — Justin Everett Roseberry, 36, of Cullman arrested on East Hanceville Road at 14th St.
Failure to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Dennis John Johnson, 37, of Baileyton arrested on Highway 31 N.
Domestic violence — Patrick Wayne Lynn, 23, of Florence arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property — Tractor Supply, 2nd Ave. SW, Ariat Heritage boots-$150.
Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — St. Joseph St. NW, green Ford Taurus-$4,400.
Theft of services — Grumpy’s Italian Grill, 5th St. SW, assorted beverages-$139.

Harassing communications (2 counts) — Jason Chandler, 39, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Seduction of an adult — Terry Grimmett, 49, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts) — David Pigg, 24, arrested on Highway 278.
Domestic incident — Jeffery Williams, 42, arrested on County Road 728.
