CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Friday, Saturday and Sunday:

Arrests

Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance — Jeffery Wayne McClellan, 47, of Hartselle arrested on Highway 31.

Theft of property — Stephanie Woodsmall Dean, 38, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Attempt to elude, unlawful possession of marijuana, no tag, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Joshua Leon Martin, 25, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Public intoxication — Kevin Duwayne Cobb, 37, of Cullman arrested on Lee Circle SW.

Resisting arrest, attempt to elude — Kenneth Wayne Smith Jr., 36, of Cullman arrested on Dialsdale Dr. SW.

Failure to appear-running stop sign — Theodore Vann Williams, 45, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Public intoxication — José Luis Hernandez III, 42, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157 at Commerce Ave.

Public intoxication — Kenneth Marion Sutterfield, 50, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157 at Eva Road.

Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Timothy Wayne Shelby, 34, of Addison arrested on Highway 31.

Failure to appear-public intoxication — James Rodney Partain, 47, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Theft of lost property — Olive St. SW, U.S. currency-$240.

Burglary — Ash Ave. NE, Samsung laptop, Xbox game, Wii game, Xbox 360, misc.-$1,875.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 2nd Ave. SW, purse, LG Octane phone, Blackberry phone, U.S. currency, throwing knives-$645.

Gas drive off — Calley’s Jet Pep, 4th St. SW, gasoline-$100.

Public intoxication — City of Cullman, Lee Circle SW, arrest made.

Public intoxication, attempt to elude, resisting arrest — City of Cullman, Industrial Park Road SW, arrest made.

Assault — Goehler Road SE.

Animal problem — 7th St. SE.

Criminal mischief — Pennington Seed, Industrial Dr. SW, damage to grass-$500.

Theft of property — Olive St. SW, medication stolen-$600.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Olive St. SW, Craftsman tools-$30.

Burglary — Lee Circle SW, 2 Sony DVD Blueray players-$60.

Theft of property — Highway 157, 2003 Dodge Ram 1500-$14,000.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Highway 157, Sirius Satellite Radio-$650.

Public intoxication — City of Cullman, Commerce Ave. NW, arrest made.

Found property — 2nd Ave. SW, watch-$25.

Burglary — St. Joseph Dr. NW, damaged door to residence-$300.

Animal running at large — City of Cullman, Longbrook Dr. NE.

Public intoxication — City of Cullman, Highway 157, arrest made.

Theft of property — Highway 278 W, U.S. currency-$79.

Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, Highway 31, marijuana, paraphernalia-$9, arrest made.

Theft of property — Highway 278 West Gate Plaza, wallet/contents-$25.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Donald Nugent, 41, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Andrea Maybon, 35, arrested at the Cullman Regional Medical Center.

Domestic incident — Joshua Hoagland, 36, arrested on County Road 111.

Domestic incident — Joshua Schultz, 23, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Amber Self, 27, arrested at the Cullman Regional Medical Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Henry Basinger, 45, arrested on County Road 607.

Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Angela Graves, 39, arrested in Hanceville.

Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Barbara Bentley, 45, arrested in Hanceville.

Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance (2 counts) — William Bentley, 46, arrested in Hanceville.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Theodore Williams, 45, arrested on County Road 1223 at Highway 31.

Non support-child — Tony Rowland, 31, arrested in Joppa.

Harassment-simple assault (2 counts) — Loretta Garrett, 67, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Phillip Ray, 34, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Kellie Barron, 22, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Harassment-simple assault (2 counts) — Correy Leps, 28, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Harassment-simple assault — Brandy Bartlett, 22, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
