Arrests
Illegal possession of prescription medication — Eric Eugene McMillian, 20, of Cullman arrested on Rosemont Ave. at 1st St. SW.
Failures to appear-unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal trespassing (2 counts) — Justin Dale Hamby, 20, of Logan arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Incidents
Theft of property — 1st Ave. SW, U.S. currency-$130.
Criminal mischief — Cherokee Ave. at Olive St. SW, red Ford Mustang-$1,000.
Illegal possession of prescription medication — City of Cullman, Rosemont Ave. at 1st St. SW, hydroxyzine pamoate-$5, arrest made.
Theft of property — Highway 157 at CRMC emergency room, checkbook.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (5 counts) — Jennifer Lanz.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Betty Trussell.
Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts) — Joseph Stanley arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Domestic incident — Kevin Crabtree arrested on Highway 69 N.
Domestic violence-simple assault — Kelly Nichols arrested on County Road 704.
Harassment-simple assault, domestic incident — Christopher Foote arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Incidents
Domestic violence — County Road 51.
Dogs permitted to run at large — County Road 1311.
