‰ Criminal mischief, failure to appear-disorderly conduct — Gary J. Eason, 19, of Holly Pond arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

‰ Domestic violence — Billy S. Beasley, 33, of Cullman arrested on Katherine St. NW.

‰ Public intoxication — anthony R. Lovell, 39, of Vinemont arrested on Main Ave. SW.

Incidents

‰ Domestic violence, theft of property — Highway 31 S, phone-$70.

‰ Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card — Veigl Village Ct., miscellaneous charges-$400.

‰ Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 2nd Ave. NE, GPS-$160.

‰ Domestic violence — Katherine St. NW, arrest made.

‰ Discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling — 3rd Ave. SE.

‰ Failure to appear-illegal possession of alcohol — David Bryan Bell, 48, at the Cullman County Detention Center.

‰ Failures to appear-driving while license revoked (2 counts), fleeing/attempting to elude law enforcement, switched tag — Dennis Dewayne Bryan, 46, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

‰ Probation violation-stalking — Rodney Quincy Asberry Deramus, 45, arrested on Beech Ave.

‰ Drug court sanction-unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Tracy Michelle Dunsford, 44, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

‰ Bail jumpings-illegal possession of alcohol and unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Cindy Lachell Early, 32, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
