Arrests, incidents reports for April 10, 2014

CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Thursday:


• Failures to appear-headlights required, driving while license suspended, insurance violation — Robert D. Thompson, 45, of Danville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Theft by deception — Steven D. Hooper, 32, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failures to appear-disorderly conduct, domestic violence — Oliver T. Brooks, 30, of Cullman arrested.

There were no incidents reported for Thursday.

Here is a look at the incidents reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for Thursday:


• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Michael Miller Coates, 39, arrested on County Road 1435 at County Road 1352.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, unlawful possession of marijuana — Asia Ryan Graham, 23, arrested on County Road 1333.

• Burglary — Chanda Northcutt Oneil, 40, arrested in Florence.

• Failures to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Lisa Gibbs Tanner, 47, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.


• Unlawful possession of marijuana — County Road 1333.
