Arrests, incidents reports for Thursday, June 21, 2012

CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Thursday:

Arrests

Criminal trespassing — Zachary Wendell Jones, 19, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Forgery, possession of a forged instrument — Wendell Dean Meyers, 42, of Hanceville arrested at the South Shopping Center.

Domestic violence — Devin Scott Smith, 19, of Logan arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Forfeitures-public intoxication, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended, giving false information to law enforcement officer — Edward Eugene Logan, 32, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

DUI — Briana Zamora Monfort, 26, of Vinemont arrested on 3rd St. SW at 1st Ave.

Forfeiture-driving without first obtaining a license — Crystal Lynn Conrad, 23, of Trinity arrested at the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office.

Criminal trespassing — Justin Todd Underwood, 32, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.

Incidents

Theft of property — North  Alabama Wholesale Autos, 2nd Ave. NW, 6 Nexen Roadian AT tires-$1,200.

Theft of services — Grumpy’s Restaurant, 5th St. SW, 2 Bud Light Platinum beers-$6.

Theft of property — Walmart, license plate-$46.

Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — 2nd Ave. SW, damage to ‘99 Toyota truck-$1,000.

Children left unattended — Walmart parking lot.

Criminal trespassing, criminal mischief — Cullman Electric Co-Op, 24th St. at substation, damage to chain link fence-$250.

Criminal trespassing — Walmart, Olive St. SW, Sony PSVITA system and one game-$300, arrest made.

Arrests

Forgery, possession of a forged instrument (3 counts) — Janet Renea Beasley, 35, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-driving while license suspended — Laurel Mizzell Clark, 39, arrested in Cullman.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Gary Lynn Crowell, 44, arrested in Vinemont.

Failure to appear-driving while license revoked — Michelle Renee Fletcher, 30, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-home repair fraud — William Craig Grace, 36, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to terminate residence — Terry William Grimmett, 49, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Receiving stolen property — Curtis Randall Hanners, 45, arrested in Falkville.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Tommy J. Hollis, 36, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Order of commitment-no insurance; negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (4 counts) — David George Hutson, 39, arrested in Cullman.

Unlawful possession of marijuana — Scotty Dewayne Thornton, 41, arrested in Cullman.

Failures to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Patricia Kneece Weaver, 47, arrested in Cullman.

Incidents

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana — County Road 1043.

Burglary — Highway 31 S.

Domestic violence — County Road 1083.

Theft of property — Highway 91.

Theft of property — Highway 91.

Theft of property — County Road 1162.

Failure to pay for gasoline — County Road 1101.

Domestic violence-harassment — Highway 157.

Criminal mischief, domestic violence — County Road 282.

Trafficking in methamphetamine — County Road 1677.

Domestic violence-harassment — Colony Road.
