Arrests
Public intoxication — Jody Mark Millican, 37, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 157.
Public intoxication — Tomarkcos Todd Blanchard, 34, of Sherman, Miss., arrested on St. Joseph St. NW.
Domestic violence — David Gatica Ayala, 48, of Cullman arrested on St. Joseph Dr. NW.
Theft of property — Jessica L. Oden, 18, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. SW at the Fred’s store.
Fugitive from justice — Michael Keith Hodge, 22, of Vinemont arrested on Rosemont Ave. at 2nd St.
Unlawful possession/receiving of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Cory W. Hamby, 24, of Vinemont arrested on Rosemont Ave. at 2nd St.
Harassing communications — Elizabeth K. Watson, 20, of Cullman arrested on Logan St.
Incidents
Domestic violence — St. Joseph St. NW, arrest made.
Theft of property — Fred’s, 2nd Ave. SW, video game and misc. health and beaut aids-$31, arrest made.
Domestic violence — Warnke Road NW.
Theft of lost property, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card — Unknown place of occurrence, unknown amount/value.
Forged document — Shoe Department, North Shopping Center, counterfeit-$50.
Fugitive from justice — State of Alabama, Rosemont Ave. at 2nd St., arrest made.
Burglary — 2nd Ave. SW.
Theft of property — Catoma Package Store, Highway 157, 2 bottles of vodka-$15.
Incidents from the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office were not immediately available and will be included with future reports.
