Theft of property — Dusty LaDonna Jackson, 34, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Writ of arrest-unlawful possession of marijuana, forfeitures-driving without a license, no insurance — Howard Scott Riddle, 36, of Cullman arrested on Dripping Springs Road.

Unlawful receiving/possession of a controlled substance, certain persons forbidden to possession firearms, unlawful possession of marijuana — Howard Scott Riddle, 36, of Cullman arrested on Dripping Springs Road.

Public intoxication — Joshua William Swader, 31, of Hanceville arrested on 5th St. SW.

Failure to appear-failure to register vehicle — James Allen Couch, 20, of Logan arrested on Cullman County Detention Center.

Disorderly conduct — Nicholas Clent Burns, 21, of Cullman arrested on Katie Lane SW.

Theft of property — Bradley Kyle Reynolds, 32, of Cullman arrested on 4th St. SW.

DUI, driving while license revoked — David Gatica Ayala, 48, of Cullman arrested on Main Ave. SW.

Public intoxication — William Shane Hopper, 36, of Falkville arrested on Sportsman Lake Road.

Public intoxication — Corey Tyler Edwards, 21, of Falkville arrested on Sportsman Lake Road.

DUI, driving while license revoked — Billy Ray Horton, 41, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.

Failure to appear-criminal trespassing — Ciara Hann Gilland, 19, of Hanceville arrested on Golf Course Road.

Theft of property — Justina Briann Guthery, 20, of Cullman arrested at Town Square Shopping Center.

Public intoxication, public lewdness — Scott Britton Cowart, 43, of Cullman arrested on 5th St. at 1st Ave. SW.

Incidents

Theft of property, recovery — Barton Drive NE, silver coins, 2 rings, yellow waste basket, coffee can-$20,581.

Criminal mischief — 2nd St. SW, Kelley Navigator Tire-$100.

Unlawful receiving/possession of a controlled substance, certain persons forbidden to carry a pistol — State of Alabama, Dripping Springs Road NW, clonazepam pills, Cobra double barrel .38, marijuana, 2 Winchester .38 special bullets-$231, arrest made.

Child custody incident — 3rd St. SW.

Property damage — On-Ramp to I-65 from Highway 157, 2003 Toyota Camry-$100.

Lost property — Cullman Fairgrounds, checkbook.

Theft of property — Dollar General, 4th St. SW, merchandise-$15, arrest made.

Domestic violence — St. Joseph St. SW.

Criminal mischief — Dripping Springs Road NW, 2002 Ford F-150-$600.

Reckless endangerment (2 counts) — Dripping Springs Road NW.

Theft of property — Dollar Tree, Market Platz, Mountain Dew-$1.

Harassing communications  — Austin Ave. NW.

Theft of property — Dollar Tree, Town Square Shopping Center, merchandise-$29, arrest made.

Identity theft — Highway 31 S.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (3 counts) — Tommy Joe Hollis, 37, arrested in Cullman.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence — Ronald Lloyd McGregory, 56, arrested in Cullman.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Shushune Shimeki Miller, 32, arrested in Cullman.

Domestic violence-harassment — Anthony James Perkins, 20, arrested in Vinemont.

Domestic violence-harassment — Richard Albert Perkins, 37, arrested in  Vinemont.

Criminal mischief — William Carlton Shikle, 25, arrested in Cullman.
