CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Thursday:

Arrests

Theft of property — Phillip Ray Knight, 45, of Guntersville arrested on Highway 69 at Highway 67.

Incidents

Harassment — Highway 157.

Burglary — Cullman County Court referral, 2nd Ave. SW, damage to window-$500.

Leaving the scene of an accident — Olive St. at Cherokee Ave., damage to 2007 GMC truck-$5,000.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Olive St. SW, cash and medication-$135.

Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — Laurel Lane SW, damage to ‘99 Chevrolet Malibu-$500.

Arrests

Criminal non support — Jannea Marie Campbell, 38, arrested in Joppa.

Unlawful use of a motor vehicle — Sonya Marie Elliott, 28, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance, speeding — Cathy Dunn Florey, 49, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Harassment — Lisa Sherrell Garmon, 44, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Walker County warrant — Vicky Pratt Harbison, 49, arrested in Dodge City.

Failure to appear-speeding — Kelly Reno Harville, 31, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-public intoxication — Travis Wayne McCleskey, 24, arrested in Cullman.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, carrying a pistol without a permit — Donnie Wayne McKay, 33, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance, driving on wrong side of roadway — Ronald Wilbert Morgan, 55, arrested in Cullman.

Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime — Matthew Brent Thrasher, 30, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Failure to pay for gasoline — Highway 91 S.

Criminal trespassing — Super Saver Road.

Indecent exposure — County Road 1043.

Reckless endangerment — County Road 1177.

Criminal mischief — County Road 1177.

Allowing dogs to run at large — County Road 939.

Structure fire — County Road 1184.

Criminal mischief — County Road 1629.

Violation of leash law — County Road 1754.

Theft of property — County Road 222.

Assault — County Road 1029.
