Arrests
Attempt to elude, DUI, failure to signal, failure to stop at stop sign, driving while licence revoked, speeding — Bradley Keith Bearden, 25, of Cullman arrested on Ann St. NW.
Harassment — Cecil Daniel Barnett, 25, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Forfeiture-DUI — Ronald Howard McBrayer Jr., 41, of Florence arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Public intoxication — William Cornealius Chapin II, 51, of Florence arrested on 5th St. SW.
Disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of marijuana — Billy Gene Wallace Jr., 25, of Opelika arrested on 5th St. SW.
Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — James Howard Barker, 30, of Opelika arrested on 5th St. SW.
Incidents
Criminal mischief — Schneider Road SE, 2004 Ford F-150-$500.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, theft of property — Ganini at Giovani, Highway 157, catalytic converters, radiators-$2,000.
Burglary, theft of property — Brunner St. NW, Stevenson 12-gauge shotgun, Brazil 12-gauge shotgun, coins in green apple bank, brown wallet w/contents-$795.
Theft of property — Jack’s hamburger, Highway 157, U.S. currency-$97.
Disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of marijuana — City of Cullman, 5th St. SW, marijuana-$20, arrest made.
Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, 5th St. SW-$22, arrest made.

Arrests
Termination of diversion-burglary — Judith Diane Busby, 51, arrested in Cullman.
Harassing communications — Cecil Daniel Barnett, 25, arrested in Cullman.
Violation of protection order — Joanna Jean Beard, 22, arrested in Crane Hill.
Incidents
Allowing animals to roam at large — County Road 566.
Burglary — Schwaiger Road.
Theft of property — County Road 1339.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, forgery — County Road 437.
