Arrests, incidents reports for Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012

CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Tuesday:

Arrests

Public intoxication — Charlotte K. Sudduth, 43, of Addison arrested on Main Ave. SW.

Criminal trespassing — Joshua William Swader, 31, of Hanceville arrested on 5th St. SW.

Harassing communications — Peggy Jones Love, 74, of Decatur arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Incident — 2nd Ave. NW, jewelry-$1,500.

Theft by deception — Gold Rush Jewelry, 2nd Ave. NW, jewelry-$3,379.

Theft by deception — Ward Ave. SW, U.S. currency-$1,550.

Criminal trespassing — Grumpy’s, 5th St. SW, arrest made.

Theft of property — Lakeview Dr. NW, pressure washer-$300.



The incidents the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office were not available and will be included with future reports.
