Reckless endangerment, reckless driving — Sherry Lynn Henry, 46, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Domestic violence — Danny Wayne Mann, 60, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Forfeiture-driving while licsense suspended — Shanna Leah Johnson, 38, of Logan arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Rita Kay Ivey, 37, of Cullman arrested on Main Ave. NW at Dripping Springs Road.


Theft of property — Cleveland Ave. SW, 2000 Ford Ranger-$1,200.

Illegal use debit/credit card — West Cullman Electric Supply, 4th St. SW, 100-feet spool 500mlm wire-$935.

Private property accident — Brantley Ave. NW-$800.

Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, cash and gift cards-$730.

Found property — Denson Ave. SW, Walmart Visa Card.

Harassment, harassing communications — Florence St. SW.

Domestic violence — Gold Mart Ct.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, Main Ave. NW at Dripping Springs Road, baggies and straw-$1, arrest made.

Indecent exposure — Terry Allen Benefield, 39, arrested in Vinemont.

Failure to appear-operating a vehicle without insurance — Joseph Dewayne Cooper, 29, arrested in Cullman.

Failures to appear-Unlaw ful possession of a controlled substance (2 counts), trafficking illegal drugs (3 counts) — Elizabeth Kippy Quinn, 76, arrested in Bremen.

Illegal possession of alcohol, resisting arrest — Margaret A. Reeder, 51, arrested in Hanceville.

Reckless endangerment, criminal trespassing — Harvey Edward Staton, 50, arrested in Cullman.

Theft of property — James Roy White, 34, arrested in Cullman.


Harassment — County Road 1064.

Resisting arrest — Highway 69.

Violation of protection order — County Road 251.

Theft of property — County Road 940.

Criminal mischief — Main St.

Burglary — County Road 522.

Harassment — County Road 216.

Private property accident — County Road 518.

Burglary — County Road 794.

Permitting dogs to run at large — County Road 1152.

Harassment — Chad Drive.

Domestic violence-menacing, domestic violence-criminal mischief — County Road 1043.
