Arrests, incidents reports for Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013

CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Wednesday:

Arrests

DUI — Kenny Dewayne Steeples, 48, of Falkville arrested on Highway 157 at St. Joseph.

Failures to appear-DUI, driving without a license, insurance violation — Marcos Aguihon, 28, of Horton arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Resisting arrest, unlawful possession of marijuana, minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage — Tyler Daniel Thompson, 18, of Falkville arrested on Olive St. SW.

Incidents

Unlawful possession of marijuana, minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage, resisting arrest — City of Cullman, Olive St. SW-$5, arrest made.



Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for Wednesday:

Arrests

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (12 counts) — Mitchell Dill, 37, arrestd on County Road 35.

Forgery-checks — Stephen McDonald, 27, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Bobby Wilhite, 51, arrested on County Road 1225.

Harassing communications — David Cottingham, 42, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

DUI — Michael Arnold, arrested on County Road 230.

Probable cause — Patrick Burgess, 36, arrested on Cleveland Ave.

Incidents

Burglary — County Road 1030.

Harassment — Boundry Ave.

Theft of property — County Road 1273.

Harassment — Johnson Street.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — County Road 1101.
