CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Wednesday and Thursday:

Arrests

‰ Failures to appear-criminal mischief, theft of property (2 counts), negotiating worthless negotiable instrument, driving while license cancelled — Brandon Buck Casey, 41, of Hanceville arrested on I-65 at exit 291.

‰ Criminal mischief, burglary — Christopher Chad Arnold, 18, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

‰ Failure to appear-violation of protection order — Gary Wayne Goodwin, 48, of Hanceville arrested in Cullman.

‰ Attempt to elude law enforcement, possession of brass knuckles — Delver Auburn Nethery, 23, of Cullman arrested at the Market Platz.

‰ Resisting arrest, disorderly conduct — Alison Rae Burch Barksdale, 41, of Cullman arrested on 5th St. SW.

‰ Failures to appear-criminal trespassing, violation of protection order — Charles Jeffery Whatley, 52, of Hanceville arrested on 5th St. SW at the Cullman County Courthouse.

‰ Failure to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Andrew Brock Richter, 35, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman City Hall on 2nd Ave. NE.

‰ Failures to appear-driving while license suspended, driving without a license — Jonathan Wayne Smith, 33, of Double Springs arrested on Highway 31.

‰ Failures to appear-unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, insurance violation — Michael Wayne Ballenger, 26, of Holly Pond arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

‰ Domestic violence — Amber Nicole Johnson, 20, of Cullman arrested on Main St. SW at Highway 278.

‰ Theft of property, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card — Woodvale Dr. NW, credit card charges-$2,041.

‰ Cruelty to animals (2 counts), rabies tag required, animal license required — City of Cullman, 4th Ave. SW.

‰ Identity theft — 2nd Ave. SW, U.S. currency-$60.

‰ Allowing animal to run at large — Deer Run Drive SW.

‰ Theft of property — Edgewood Drive NW, Blue Heeler dog-$100.

‰ Attempt to elude law enforcement, possession of brass knuckles — City of Cullman, Olive St. SW-$10, arrest made.

‰ Disorderly conduct, resisting arrest — City of Cullman, 5th St. SW, arrest made.

‰ Theft of property — Moore’s Texaco, Highway 157, U.S. currency-$100.

‰ Criminal mischief — 2nd Ave. NE, Dell laptop computer-$1,000.

‰ Domestic violence, reckless endangerment — Rosemont Ave. SW at 4th St., arrest made.

‰ Failure to appear/pay/comply (3 counts), bail jumping — Theresa Hood, 51, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

‰ Failure to appear/pay/comply — Rhonda Cleghorn, 40, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

‰ Bail jumping — David Short, 41.

‰ Non support-child — Ernie Williamson, 52, arrested on County Road 1718.

‰ Failure to appear/pay/comply — Jeremy Haynes, 25, arrested on County Road 617.

‰ Probation violation — Timothy Snider, 25, arrested on County Road 438.

‰ Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Valerie Kelley, 32, arrested at Stuckey’s.

‰ Receiving stolen property, burglary-non residence (force), attempt to elude law enforcement — Hiawatha Cole, 26, arrested on Highway 91 at County Road 35.

‰ Burglary-non residence (force), attempt to elude law enforcement — Korbin Nichols, 24, arrested on County Road 8 at County Road 35.

‰ Probation revoked — Victor Banks, 32, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

‰ Probation revoked — Deon Lampkin, 33, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

‰ Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (2 counts) — Betty Roberts, 59, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

‰ Failure to appear/pay/comply — Brandon Casey, 41, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

‰ Traffic offense, DUI-controlled substance, committing a controlled substance crime — Lewis Lairsey, 35, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

‰ Failure to appear/pay/comply — Jennifer Pelham, 23, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
