CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Thursday:

Arrests

Failure to appear-public intoxication — Jody Seth Eubanks, 37, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property — Madonna Lee Hilderbrandt, 35, of Cullman arrested on Warnke Road NW.

Failure to appear-public intoxication — Jessica Latrece Stricklin, 32, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-driving while license suspended — James Houston Graves, 26, of Hayden arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-theft of property — Brenda Faye White, 40, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Jeffrey Thomas Graves, 39, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-insurance violation — Kenneth Richard Pace, 43, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-driving while license suspended, switched tag — Barion Mitchell Millwood, 27, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-DUI, insurance violation — Richard D. McClintock, 55, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-driving without a license — Kenneth Wayne Lindsey Jr., 34, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Forfeitures-disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief, criminal trespassing, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts), improper equipment, minor in possession of tobacco — Skylar Marlon Easterwood, 19, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-attempt to elude, failure to signal (2 counts), running red light, insurance violation — Quintin Letez Elliot, 30, of Decatur arrested on Highway 31 N at the county line.

Incidents

Theft of lost property — Olive St. SW, ladies’ wallet with contents-$170.

Theft of property — 2nd Ave. SW, prescription medication-$320.

DUI — City of Cullman, Main Ave. SW at Lessman Circle, arrest made.

Domestic disturbance — City of Cullman, Mitchell Road NE.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Katherine St. NW, Sony GPS, DVD player-$110.

Probation violation — Kevin Riggs, 26, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

Probation violation — Cody Brown, 21, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

Probation violation (3 counts) — Jennifer Pelham, 23, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Miranda Evans, 29, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

Possessing stolen property (3 counts) — Douglas Isbell, 50, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

Possessing stolen property — Billy Isbell, 83, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

Harassment-simple assault — Adam Haynes, 31, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Transport order — Anthony Humphries, 54.

Failure to appear/pay/comply (3 counts) — Jessica Strickland, 32.

Failure to appear/pay/comply  — Cathy Florey, 50, arrested in Jefferson County.

Incidents

Burglary — County Road 1754.

Domestic violence-harassment — Mercury Drive.

Criminal mischief — County Road 1628.

Allowing dogs to run at large — County Road 1555.

Theft of property — County Road 1174.
