Failures to appear-unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to signal, insurance violation — Trey Brittian Guthery, 19, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-traffic offense — Shane Wesley Kelley, 26, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Terrorist threats — Whitney Ann Swoopes, 25, of Cullman arrested at Gold Mark Ct. SW.

Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (4 counts) — James Robert Pugh, 44, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-expired tag — Finley Tucker Childers, 21, of Vinemont arrested on Highway 31 at the county line.

Possession of brass knuckles — Christopher Allen Michael Burgess, 23, of Cullman arrested on Warnke Road SW.

Failures to appear-criminal trespassing (2 counts) — Jayne Marie Givens, 49, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Minor in possession/consumption of alcohol — Avery Phillip Mann, 18, arrested on Highway 278 W at Donauer Dr.

Minor in possession/consumption of alcohol — Garrett Deen Dye, 18, of Crane Hill arrested on Highway 278 W at Donauer Dr.

Minor in possession/consumption of alcohol, minor in possession of tobacco — Micah Alan Douglas, 20, of Vinemont arrested on Highway 278 W at Donauer Dr.

Failures to appear-expired tag, insurance violation (2 counts) — Bobby Wayne Wagner, 25, of Cullman arrested on St. Joseph Dr. NW.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — William Skylar Aker, 21, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Timothy Neal Anthony Couch, 24, of Baileyton arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — State of Alabama, 2nd Ave. SW, methamphetamine-$50, arrest made.

Theft of property — Cherokee Ave. SW, Chevrolet C1500 Silverado-$8,000.

Committing a controlled substance crime, unlawful possession of marijuana — Nicholas Weaver, 19, arrested at the intersection of County Road 437 at Day Gap Road.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Charles White, 25, arrested at the intersection of County Road 437 at Day Gap Road.

Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts) — Daniel Jones, 30, arrested on County Road 833.

Menacing (gun, knife, hand or other) — Trenice Allen, 57, arrested on County Road 1760.

Unlawful possession of prescription drugs — Deann Johns, 48, arrested at the intersection of County Road 438 and Day Gap Road.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Paula Chisolm, 58, arrested on Beech Ave.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Ronall Brannon, 40, arrested on Beech Ave.

Contributing to the delinquency of a minor — Colby Firlik, 19, arrested on County Road 1635.
