CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday:

Arrests

• Public intoxication — James Hugh Sutton, 68, of Fultondale arrested on 2nd Ave. NW.

• Public intoxication — Kelly Ray Lewis, 27, of Cullman arrested on Hickory Ave. SW.

• DUI — Michael Kevin Lay, 23, of Crane Hill arrested on Main Ave. at 4th St.

• Failure to appear-theft of property — Stephanie Nicole Pugh, 28, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Minor in consumption/possession of alcohol — Logan Wayne Trammell, 18, of Cullman arrested on Katherine St. at Denson Ave. NW.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Ethan David McCormick, 19, of Cullman arrested on 5th Ave. NE.

• Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance — Bonita Faye Lewis, 55, of Cullman arrested on Commerce Ave. NW.

• Failures to appear-driving while license suspended, expired tag, insurance violation — Jeffery Leavon Brock, 46, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failures to appear-driving without a license, insurance violation, switched tag — David Lamar Alexander, 28, of Vance arrested on Highway 91 at I-65.

• Failure to appear-theft of property — Alicia Lynne Calvert, 36, of Warrior arrested on I-65 at Exit 299.

Incidents

• Public intoxication — City of Cullman, 2nd Ave. NW, North American Revolver .22, pistol permit-$50, arrest made.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 5th St. SW at the Cullman County Courthouse, silver wallet, debit and credit cards-$5.

• Burglary, theft of property — 2nd Ave. NW, Sharp Aquos LCD HDTV, Alienware laptop computer, remote control R/C vehicles-$4,500.

• Identity theft — Town Square Shopping Center.

• Theft of lost property — Olive St. SW, black Queen Latifah purse, medication, debit card-$200.

• Public intoxication — City of Cullman, Hickory Ave. SW, arrest made.

• DUI — City of Cullman, Main Ave. SW at 4th St. SW.

• Harassing communications — Madison Ave. NW.

• Theft of property — Hickory Ave. SW, prescription medication-$52.

• Domestic violence — 2nd Ave. NW.

• Theft of property — Lee Ave. SW, blue leather Hurley wallet-$100.

• Minor in possession/consumption of alcohol — City of Cullman, Katherine St. NW, arrest made.

• Domestic violence — 2nd Ave. NW.

• Harassment — 3rd Ave. SE.

• Theft of lost property — Olive St. SW, grey billfold w/contents-$100.

• Leaving the scene of an accident — Highway 31 N, 2011 gold Toyota.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, 5th Ave. NE, smoking device-$2, arrest made.

• Harassment — 2nd Ave. SW.

Arrests

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Tracy Annette Bailey, 42, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply-criminal trespassing — Jeffery Leavon Brock, 46, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Diversion violation-unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Skylar Marlon Easterwood, 19, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, probation violation-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Kenneth Delayne Knight, 50, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Unlawful possession of marijuana — Allen David Lewis Jr., 25, arrested on I-65 at the 310 mile marker.

• Unlawful possession of marijuana — Andrea Dionne Scott, 43, arrested on I-65 at the 310 mile marker.

• Bail jumping-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance — John Kelvin Self, 55, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (3 counts) — Robert Glenn Shoemake, 27, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

• Domestic violence — County Road 1810.

• Criminal mischief — County Road 1141.

• Burglary — County Road 702.

• Theft of property — County Road 587.

• Domestic violence — County Road 585.
