CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Friday, Saturday and Sunday:

• Unlawful receiving/possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Britton K. Warren, 24, of Russellville arrested on 2nd Ave. SW at McDonald’s.

• Driving while license suspended — Kelly M. Smith, 30, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 31 S.

• Theft of property — Hershel J. Crockett, 21, of Jasper arrested on Olive St. SW.

• Theft of property — Blakney N. Camp, 19, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 W.

• Unlawful receiving/possession of a controlled substance, theft of property — James W. Fowler, 36, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 W.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — T&T Motors, Cherokee Ave. SW, stereo equipment, drive shaft, actuator, battery stolen, damage to 1998 Chevrolet truck, damage to 1998 GMC truck-$1,505.

• Burglary — Gold Star Storage, Highway 157, damage to storage building-$400.

• Burglary — Highway 157, action figures, trumpet-$550.

• Assault — Highway 31 at Highway 157.

• Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, cash-$162, arrest made.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, theft of property — St. Joseph Dr. NW, purse, checkbook, medication-$96.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, criminal mischief — 2nd St. SW, damage to 1993 Buick Lesabre, case of CDs-$1,100.

• Theft of property — 3rd St. SE, watch-$750.

• Assault — Lessman Circle SW.

• Criminal mischief — Logan St. SW, damaged window-$150.

• Public intoxication — George Arthur Harrison, 46, arrested on County Road 1332.

• Probation violation-unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Curtis Dade Kilpatrick, 37, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• DUI-alcohol — Ashley Renee Noel, 28, arrested on Highway 278 E at County Road 771.

• Bail jumping-attempting to elude; domestic violence-strangulation/suffocation — Robert Alan Peak, 23, arrested on Dripping Springs Road and Cullman County Detention Center.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Joseph Phillips, 39, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.

• DUI-alcohol — Michael Dallen Sellers, 23, arrested on Highway 157 at County Road 1175.

• Failures to appear-unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Michael Allen Sharp, 32, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear-harassing communications — Centell Andre Winston, 34, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Tera S. Wyatt, 33, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Carrying a pistol without a permit, public intoxication — Joe Mack Baird, 23, arrested on County Road 831.

• Domestic violence (2 counts) — Andrew Jackson Brown, 39, arrested on County Road 702.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (4 counts) — Jamie Gail Farr, 37, arrested on Highway 278 E at the county line.

• Failure to appear-liability insurance required — Brian Michael Kuykendall, 25, arrested at the Cullman-Winston counties line.

• Failure to appear-theft of property — James Sterling Nabors, 36, arrested on County Road 843.

• Violation of protection order — Jimmy Dale Breedlove, 64, arrested in Joppa.

• Failure to appear-unlawful possession of marijuana — James Devaughn Demoss, 23, arrested at Hanceville Police Department.

• Driving while license suspended, fleeing/attempting to elude law enforcement, illegal possesion of alcohol — Mark Madison Dodson, 23, arrested on County Road 698.

• Unlawful possession of a prescription medication, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, promoting prison contraband — Barion Mitchelle Milwood, 28, arrested on County Road 1513 and at Cullman County Detention Center.

• DUI-alcohol, tampering with physical evidence, unlawful possession of marijuana — Travis Dylan Walker, 26, arrested on County Road 993 at County Road 940.

• Domestic violence — Joshua Joe Willingham, 30, arrested on Ohio Ave. in Hanceville.

• Domestic violence — Adrienne Garlen Wilson, 36, arrested on County Road 1225.
