• Theft of property — Daniel K. Allbright, 26, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Theft of property, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Edward L. Davis, 24, of Hanceville arrested on Olive St. SW.

• Theft of property — Jordan E. Elliott, 21, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Robbery — Allen W. Stack, 40, of Hanceville arrested on Olive St. SW.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession/receiving a controlled substance — Justin R. Bates, 28, of Addison arrested on Dripping Springs Road.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession/receiving a controlled substance, illegal possession of prescription drugs — Amber L. Wix, 27, of Vinemont arrested on Dripping Springs Road.

• Theft of property — Billy R. Edgil, 51, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.

• Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Billy J. Rutledge, 47, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 at 3rd Ave. SW.

• Theft of property — Heath S. Pack, 28, of Cullman arrested at K-Mart.

• Failures to appear-criminal trespassing (2 counts), harassment, driving without a license — Jeremy A. Haynes, 25, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear-theft of property — Jeffrey W. Witcher, 24, of Cullman arrested on County Road 747.

• Public intoxication — Joshua W. Swader, 32, of Cullman arrested on Main Ave. at 5th St.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Joshua Eugene Jones, 30, arrested on County Road 310.

• Failure to appear-driving while license suspended — Christopher Dewayne Long, 34, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear-burglary — Heath Shane Pack, 28, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Receiving stolen property — Aranda Nicole Wilson, 27, arrested on County Road 747.

• Fleeing, attempting to elude — Jeffrey Wayne Witcher, 24, arrested on County Road 747.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Bradley Justin Woods, 33, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Domestic violence — Evan Michael Hartwig, 29, arrested on County Road 1296.

• Public intoxication — Brandi Elizabeth Stallings, 31, arrested on County Road 1641.
