• DUI — José M. Perez, 21, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 W at Cleveland Ave.

• Failure to appear-criminal trespassing — Billy J. Totherow, 35, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failures to appear-attempt to elude and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Brandon S. Stephens, 35, of Lincoln arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Theft of property — Michael A. Stager, 28, of Cullman arrested at Walmart.

• Theft of property — Candi M. Stager, 24, of Cullman arrested at Walmart.

• Counterfeit $100 bill — Hobby Loggy at Town Square Shopping Center.

• Domestic violence — Ave. H SE, arrest made.

• Theft of property — Basch Bros., Highway 157, 2 Polaris RZRs-$32,500.

• Found property — Brunner St. SW, wallet and contents.

• Theft of services — William Curtis Clowdus, 27, arrested at Cullman County Detention Center.

• Theft of property — Debra Joyce Cofer, 55, arrested on Chad Drive.

• Aggravated criminal surveillance — Angela Velma Hudson, 34, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.

• Defrauding secured creditors — James Earl Pendergraft, 19, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
