CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Thursday:

Arrests

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance (4 counts), unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts), trafficking, unlawful possession of marijuana — Matthew L. Horton, 31, of Cullman arrested on County Road 792.

• Failure to appear-theft of property — Trenten D. Smith, 19, of Hayden arrested on Highway 31.

Incidents

• Theft of property — Wal-Mart, Olive St. SW, miscellaneous merchandise-$25, arrest made.

• Fraud — Peoples Bank of Alabama, Cherokee Ave. SW, fraudulent transaction.

• Theft of property — 2nd Ave. SW, prescription medication-$500.

• Theft of lost property — Cherokee Ave. SW, laptop computer-$350.

• Fraud — County Road 1400, fraudulent check.

• Theft of property — Decatur Ave. NW, bicycle-$450.

• Theft of property — Oak Manor Dr. SW, prescription medication-$50.

Here is a look at the incidents reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for  Thursday:

Arrests

• Criminal mischief — David Lloyd Corbin, 40, arrested on County Road 792.

• Failure to appear-theft of services — Kristen Leigh Gullion, 26, arrested at the Joppa 4-way.

• Criminal trespassing — Kimberley Taylor Johnson, 42, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle (2 counts) — Wesley Terance Miller, 20, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Bail jumping-theft of property — Christina Devon Taylor, 23, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Attempting to elude, tampering with physical evidence, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana — Phillip Michael Wisener, 36, arrested on County Road 793.

• Theft of property — Highway 278 E.

• Harassment — County Road 1224.
