Arrests

• Theft of property — Heather B. Morris, 25, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.

• Public intoxication — Robert M. Swindoll, 21, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Daniel S. Campbell, 21, of Vinemont arrestd on 2nd Ave. SW.

Incidents

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — St. Joseph Dr. NW, GPS and miscellaneous items.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 4th St. SW, climbing gear-$1,800.

• Burglary — Cleveland Ave. NW, prescription medication-$75.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, probation violation-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Andrea Lee Dover, 29, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Public intoxication — Charles Autry Knight, 77, arrested at the Battleground Jet-Pep.

• Probation violation-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Michael Lee Pack, 31, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear-burglary — Unique Nicole Pendergraft, 21, arrested on Cherokee Ave. at Highway 31.

• Domestic violence — Lashonda Yarbrough Robison, 29, arrested on County Road 1629.

• Obstruction-using false ID, failure to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Kristy Michelle Self, 38, arrested on County Road 925 at County Road 222.

• Domestic violence — Dalton Kincaid Shoemake, 19, arrested on Highway 91.

• Torture, willful abuse of a child under 18 — Sylvia Darlene Stewart, 49, arrested at Smith Lake Park.

• Failure to appear-theft of property — Christopher Peyton Welch, 27, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — David Wayne Moore, 37, arrested on County Road 1583.
