Due to the upcoming holiday weekend, Wednesday and Thursday reports from the Cullman Police Department will be included with the weekend and Monday reports on Tuesday.
Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for Wednesday:
Failure to appear-DUI — Brandon Shaun Allred, 33, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear-operating a vehicle without insurance — Zachary Taylor Cline, 19, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear-driving while license suspended — Keith Dewayne Frazier, 48, arrested in Winston County.
Termination of diversion-unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, failure to appear-non support — Timothy Loyd James, 30, arrested in Cullman.
Menacing — James Britton Steele, 36, arrested in Vinemont.
Failure to appear-driving while license suspended — Presston Shae West, 25, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Domestic violence-harassment — County Road 804.
Reckless endangerment — County Road 702.
Identity theft — Lee Road.
Failure to register address — County Road 771.
Domestic violence-harassment — Highway 91.
Theft of property — County Road 804.
Menacing — 1st Ave. N in Garden City.
Burglary — County Road 1352.
Theft of property — Highway 278.
Theft of property — Blountsville Road.
