º Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (2 counts), failures to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument and unlawful possession of marijuana — Peggy Davis Chaffin, 48, arrested on Chad Drive.
º Writ of arrest-child support — Tony Dale Chandler, 43, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.
º Public intoxication — Miles Allen Creel, 62, arrested on County Road 143.
º Bail jumping-theft of property — Sean Morgan Henley, 21, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
º Criminal mischief — Donnie Alan Moore, 37, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
º Failure to appear-burglary — Heath Shane Pack, 28, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
º Receiving stolen property, unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Kenny Eugene Parsons, 39, arrested on County Road 571.
