CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Tuesday:

Arrests

• Unlawful possession/receiving controlled substance — Natthew G. Ison, 25, of Wetumpka arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Domestic violence — Janie L. McMillian, 35, of Cullman arrested on Main Ave. NE.

• Criminal trespassing — Vincent J. Bell, 19, of Cullman arrested on 4th St. SW.

• Theft of property — Sandy D. Eddy, 31, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.

• Theft of property — Larry S. Willingham, 38, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.

• Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Christian R. Webb, 21, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 W at Hickory Ave.

• Unlawful possession of marijuana — Kalin M. Smith, 20, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 W at Hickory Ave.

• Public intoxication — James L. Dortch, 49, arrested on Manor Dr. NE.

• Public intoxication — Tommy M. Jones, 43, of Camden arrested on Manor Dr. SE.

Incidents

• Theft of property — Ave. J SE, 2 weedeaters, generator, leaf blower, air conditioner-$675.

• Criminal mischief — Olive St. SW, tire-$150.

• Unlawful possession/receiving controlled substance — State of Alabama, 2nd Ave. SW, prescription medications-$130, arrest made.

• Domestic violence — Main Ave. NE, arrest made.

• Theft of property — Cullman Regional Medical Center, gold ring/diamonds-$2,160.

• Criminal mischief — 2nd Ave. SW, white 1997 GMC Sierra-$450.

• Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, consumable merchandise-$49, arrest made.

• Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, 4th St. SW-$95, arrest made.

• Criminal trespassing — West Gate Laundromat, 4th St. SW, arrest made.

• Burglary — David Drive NW, toolbox/tools-$600.



Here is a look at the incidents reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for Tuesday:

Arrests

• Public intoxication — Billy David Berry, 56, arrested at Jack’s Shell on County Road 437.

• Failure to appear-failure to appear on charge of theft of property — Joseph David Gasparetto, 34, arrested at Stuckey’s on Highway 31.

• Failures to appear-expired tag and owner allowing operation without insurance — James Edward Hancock, 34, arrested on County Road 8.

• Failure to appear-assault — Brian James Waters, 40, arrested on County Road 216.

Incidents

• Burglary — County Road 649.

• Harassment — County Road 230.

• Domestic violence — County Road 1663.

• Criminal mischief — County Road 1629.

• Theft of property — County Road 925.
